I should be a lot more deliberate, a lot more careful in what I add. Because now more than ever, in this age of infinite digital abundance, quality really is more important than quantity.

Craig Mod is an inspiration on various topics including fullness, walking, focusing on what's important by removing outside and inside distractions. That's a goal of mine but the road is still long

I have started to do that, using my ereader when I would reach out for my phone, use a transport card instead of my phone, ... as a way to disconnect from my phone
